Weekly Somatic Process Group

An Ongoing Experiential Group for Embodied Growth

This is an ongoing, in-person somatic process group for adults who want to explore how their life experiences live in the body — and how those patterns shape the way they relate, express, and connect with others.

The group offers a consistent relational field where you can slow down and get in touch with your authentic self — your voice, your presence, your capacity to feel and be seen. Through embodied practice, you will engage in authentic relationships that bring in dynamics from all walks of life, creating a rich, living field for exploration and growth.

Because this group is ongoing, the work deepens over time. Trust builds. Patterns become visible. New experiences and ways of relating become possible.

Space is limited to 10 participants to maintain intimacy, safety, and depth.

What this group offers:

This group supports participants to:

  • Connect with their authentic self and express it fully

  • Explore and expand capacity for relational connection

  • Increase emotional awareness and nervous system resilience

  • Engage with others in embodied, real-time relational dynamics

  • Experience relational learning, reflection, and growth

Sessions are experiential and may include grounding practices, breathwork, movement, partner exercises, expressive work, and live group process.

This is not a lecture-based or advice-driven space. It is embodied, relational work.
